Our Process
1. Consultation & Vision Sharing
Meet with our design team to discuss your needs, ideas, and budget. Share your inspirations, preferred styles, and functional requirements. Our team will assess the site and provide initial advice on feasibility.
2. Concept & Space Planning
We will present preliminary design concepts, layout options, and a 2D floor plan based on your preferences. You will have the opportunity to provide feedback to refine the concept before proceeding to the detailed design phase. Please note that a design fee may apply and must be paid in full before moving to Step 3.
3. Design Finalization & Material Selection
Our design team will work with you to review detailed 3D renderings or mood boards to visualize the final look until approval, guiding you through the selection of materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings, while providing a transparent cost breakdown to ensure alignment with your budget
4. Budget Approval & Contract Signing
You will review the final proposal with our design team, including pricing, timelines, and deliverables. Once signed, we will confirm the scope of work, terms, and responsibilities, and ensure all necessary permits and approvals are obtained (if required). Amendments to the final proposal are not allowed unless necessary
5. Project Planning & Timeline Confirmation
We will provide a detailed timeline outlining key milestones and the estimated completion date. Our design-build team will coordinate procurement and project preparations for the construction phase. You will be notified by our project team when work begins and how any disruptions will be managed throughout the process.
6. Construction & Execution
The renovation work covers the overall build, including structural work, M&E installations, and finishing. Our project and design team will handle site visits and provide progress updates to ensure the work aligns with the agreed design while addressing any unforeseen challenges under the project manager’s guidance. Furniture, soft furnishings, and décor elements will be installed near the final stage, once all built-in work is completed.
7. Handover & Final Inspection
Our team will present the finished space for your review, conducting a final quality check with you to ensure all elements are in place. We will also perform a site walkthrough to confirm everything meets expectations and make minor adjustments or final touch-ups if necessary.
8. After-Sales Support & Feedback
Once the handover is complete, enjoy your newly renovated space! We provide a three-month warranty, and our team remains available for post-completion support. Share your feedback, and we can assist with minor modifications if needed during the warranty period.
